  • All the meta research done in this area suggests that a higher perceived level of wellbeing within your team will support the success and culture of your business.   • We have developed a Wellness Index for individuals and teams, assessing improvements across ten key areas of wellbeing.   • The components included in your initial pilot program will be determined from our employee wellness survey and in consultation with your leadership team.
