Melinda Farrar
Health & Wellness Coach

Melinda’s career has focused on creating safe, inclusive, connected, well-resourced, and encouraging spaces for individuals to explore and share their unique life experiences, whether it be through storytelling, social advocacy or movement. Melinda is passionate about increasing the wellbeing and mental health of individuals within a work environment so that they can thrive within their roles. 

With over five years of experience working in community engagement and a background in Psychology, Anthropology, Public Health, Social impact measurement and evaluation, advocacy, policy, co-design and co-production, education, project management, research, not-for-profit and social enterprise management and strategy, sustainability, creative problem solving, and trauma-informed yoga teaching and Meditation, Melinda brings a unique skillset to ShiftLab Wellbeing clients.
