Having been a personal trainer and fitness coach for the best part of 15 years, I have an abundance of knowledge and experience to share with clients. I have mastered a variety of mixed martial arts; training, teaching and competing. I have been an amateur football player and completed military services in Cyprus.
Helping people achieve their goals, whether it's one-on-one or small groups, I specialise in movement and resistance training by providing personalised training programmes designed specifically for them!
I love goal setting with my clients and seeing their aspirations come to fruition through dedication and consistency, whether they're looking to manage their macronutrients and promote better gut health or create regular functional movements in the weekly routine, my work enables clients to become a better version of themselves.
I have completed a Functional Neuromuscular Assessment Course with Dr Mike Murray & Dr Larry Bell - Canadian Olympic Chiropractic team; Strength, Hypertrophy, Advanced Program Design, Fat Loss & GPP with Dr Tony Boutagy; FMA Strength & Conditioning; Pre & Post Natal Mind-Body Fitness with Claire Norgate and have completed my Personal Training Cert III-IV.
