And then the full 12 month program, ideal for those wanting to make bigger and sustained changes to their wellness and life with ongoing guidance and support. Immerse yourself and you’ll leave equipped with the tools and resources to empower you to take charge of your health. This is your pathway to fulfilment and wholeness.
Elevate - 12 Week Program:
4 x 30 minute 1:1 coaching sessions - these include the personal wellness assessment and will cover the initial scan and goals, a halfway check in, and then a final scan, review and evaluation.

12 x 45 minute 1:1 coaching sessions - these include the personal wellness assessment and will cover the initial scan and goals, quarterly assessments where we’ll do a body scan and check in against goals, and then a final scan, review and evaluation.
