In her 30+ years as an equestrian coach, both locally and internationally, she mastered the art of blending technical know-how, goal setting, and mindset work to deliver results. Now, she brings that same precision and energy to wellness and performance coaching, helping clients overcome challenges and achieve their best.
As a certified NLP and Hypnosis Practitioner, through her own practice Aligned Living Coaching, Angela is skilled at cutting through the noise to uncover what’s really holding you back. Her approach is practical, direct, and refreshingly human, using tools that make transformation feel doable—even in the busiest lives. With a background in leadership and team building, she’s no stranger to the corporate world, so she gets what it takes to balance high performance with wellbeing.
