Caitlin Cotter is an accomplished health professional dedicated to increasing productivity, reducing absenteeism and enhancing employee engagement, empowering individuals to lead healthier, happier lives at work. With a Bachelor of Human Movement & Health, Caitlin is an HCANZA Accredited Health Coach, a Qualified Weight Management Practitioner (GWMF), and a Positive Intelligence and Mental Fitness Coach (PQ). Her career spans extensive experience in health and wellness, underpinned by empathy, compassion, and getting results for her clients.
At the heart of her practice, Caitlin uses evidence-based techniques in behavior change, positive psychology, and motivational interviewing. Her work focuses on key areas like weight management, nutrition and meal planning, exercise and energy optimization, and mindset transformation.
