Ali is a highly qualified and well recognised life coach, nutritionist, trainer, meditation and yoga teacher with 20 years’ experience in the Health and Wellness industry. She has worked with the novice to the elite – including work with Australian professional cyclists for the season leading to the Tour de France, featuring on 2UE as nutrition expert and writing articles for Ride Media and Cyclist Magazine. She firmly believes in the power of food and exercise to change mood, productivity and wellbeing - and ensures you not only have the knowledge, but the mindset and emotional tools to make changes stick.

Experience includes:
