Holly Dixon
Health & Wellness Coach

Holly Dixon is a holistic coach and breath work facilitator. A personal experience with burnout and unresolved physical health issues led Holly to discover the profound power of the mind-body connection. When traditional medicine did not yield results, Holly was able to transform and heal her health through holistic approaches including coaching, breath work and movement.

Holly is passionate about empowering others to take back control of their well-being and foster deeper connection to themselves and others as well as adopting a preventative vs crisis management approach to their health and wellness. Holly holds a MsC Clinical Psychology and a BsC Psychology with First Class Honours.
