I help support purpose-driven professionals in making ‘real’ changes to address health issues and burnout so they can feel energised. I provide insights and presentations on health & well-being, lifestyle medicine, behaviour and habit change, support clients with evidenced-based health and wellbeing coaching to create and implement change and guide clients with evidence-based tools to improve physical and mental health and well-being and support behaviour change - feel more like a human ‘being’ than a human doing’.

My qualifications include Master of Human Nutrition | Research focused on Consumer Behaviour, Graduate Certificate of Management, Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) | Applied Science (Food & Nutrition). I have also completed certification in Yoga Personal Training 500-hour YTT (including Yoga for Chronic Disease and Stress Relief), iRest Teacher training, Breathwork Instructor, Health, Wellbeing & Lifestyle Medicine Coaching, Culinary Coaching, Integrative Health & Team Well-being, Yoga and Genius Breaks Coach/ YTT200 Yoga Teacher, Habit Change Practitioner/Coach.
